ABOUT OTR
OTR (now OTR Engineered Solutions) is a U.S. off-highway tire and wheel-assembly specialist headquartered in Rome, Georgia since 1987. OTR builds more than a tire brand — they engineer 1,700+ wheel-and-tire assemblies (bias, radial, semi-pneumatic, solid, airless) and supply OEM parts to construction, lawn & garden, and material-handling manufacturers. They've built for JLG since 1995, and their name turns up on Bobcat, Toro, and Husqvarna equipment too.
Our OTR catalog is concentrated in the lawn & garden lines — Grassmaster, 350 Mag, Lawn Trac, and the Wanda turf range — spanning small ride-on mower fitments and a handful of compact ag patterns. It's priced in the middle and built in Rome, Georgia, not overseas. When a customer wants a step up from the value imports but doesn't want to pay Carlisle money, OTR's what we point them to.
