About this tire
The Kenda K478 X-Trac is built for grip in the slop. The siped lugs bite into snow, ice, and mud, which makes this a solid winter tire for a snow blower or thrower and a warm-season tire for a tiller. It runs in the 4.80-8 size on an 8x3.75 rim, with a 2-ply rating (Load Range A) good for 435 lbs at 20 psi.
Be honest with yourself about where you'll run it. This is an aggressive, off-highway tread. The same lugs that dig into snow and loose dirt will ride rough and wear fast on pavement, so keep it on the soft and slick surfaces it was made for.
