About this tire
The Kenda K500 Super Turf in 24x12.00-12 is the big drive tire on zero-turn mowers and lawn tractors running 12-inch rims. At 4 ply it is the lighter of the two ratings we carry in this size, and it is what most residential and light commercial machines wore from the factory.
The tread is a siped turf pattern on a wide, flat contact patch, so the machine puts power down without tearing grass on a turn. Overall diameter is about 23.4 inches and section width about 11.4 inches, on a recommended 12x8.5 rim. It runs tubeless.
If your deck is heavier than that, the same size is also made in an 8 ply. We buy Kenda direct from the factory, so this is genuine K500 rubber. Sold individually, brand new and never mounted.
