About this tire
The Deestone D401 in 6.00-16 is a three-rib F-2 front tire for tractors, and it is the size we move more of than anything else in the catalog. The three ribs hold the furrow line so the front end tracks straight instead of wandering when you are pulling a load.
This is the 6 ply rating, Load Range C, rated to 1,140 lbs. It measures about 29.1 inches overall diameter and 6.3 inches section width, and it mounts on a 16x4 rim. It is a tube-type tire, so run a tube inside it. The matching tube in this size is a 550/600-16 TR15, and we stock it separately.
Deestone is the value end of our front-tire lineup, priced so a steer-axle replacement does not turn into a project. Sold individually, brand new and never mounted. Set the quantity you need at checkout. Sage part number DS5125.
