About this tire
This is the Deestone D401 in 5.00-15, a 6-ply tri-rib front tire for tractors and farm equipment. The three-rib F-2 tread is the standard pattern for steer wheels: the center ribs hold a line in the furrow so the tractor tracks straight and doesn't wander under load.
At 6-ply (LR C) it carries 965 lbs and runs a 20/32 tread depth, which gives you plenty of rib to wear through. It's a tube-type tire, and the matching inner tube is included with this purchase. If your current front tire is a 2-, 4-, or 6-ply in this size, this 6-ply replaces it and gives you more carcass than a lighter-rated tire.
